It’s not like we needed more validation that Keanu Reeves is the best, but here is validation that Keanu Reeves is, in fact, the best.
Reeves made an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night, most likely to promote The Matrix Resurrections, and submitted himself to “The Colbert Questionert,” a series of questions that let us all get to know the actor a little bit better.

And Then I Woke Up
The eight-minute video, which you can watch above, gets into the nitty-gritty about Keanu. If you watch, you will be instilled with information such as Keanu’s favorite sandwich (nutty peanut butter and honey, of course) and his favorite smell (here’s a clue: it has to do with motorcycles).
What’s really endearing in the video, however, is not just Reeves’ answers but how he answers them. His answers are so sincere and delightfully endearing that you can’t help but think he’s just a swell, cool guy. And in case you needed more proof, he’s also a big fan of Lou Reed and George Carlin, facts you will also know if watch the video.
Colbert also shared that this whole segment of asking guests 15 questions stemmed from Reeves’ answer to a random question on the show a few years ago: “What do you think happens when we die?” Reeves’ answer at the time went viral: “I know that the ones who love us, will miss us.” The actor had no amendments to his answer to that question now, and went on to answer other life questions such as window or aisle seat on a plane and what his favorite action movie is.
Give it a watch if you want to know his answers or if you’re just looking for something nice and uplifting on the internet today. You’re welcome!
